  1. So I actually do this, but I do 3 sets of 10 for each. At 10 pounds, and I can see a nice difference. I also allow 45 secs break, in between so I can continue the sets.

  2. SWEET THANK YOUUUU everything else I immediately found was about “losing batwings” and whatnot, like I do NOTTTT care about that I just wanna be strong
