  1. A lot of people don’t realise that accuracy matters, not just about what it tells you. If you actually want accuracy in your data, Apple Watch is consistently better. Sensor is better. Sleep tracking and heart rate tracking are better. Check out scientific comparison on the qualified scientist YouTube channel. And I say this as someone that hates the Apple Watch health app

  2. Garmin is far superior as a fitness watch until Apple can get their crap together and actually get a battery to last more than 24 hours when garmin can get one to last at least 7 days
