I learnt from this video more than any other videos and fitness influencers selling brands. Lifestyle change > pricey gears
My Samsung Galaxy watch helps to improve my health. It motivates me to go out and do stuff. My exercises became regular, and I could visually see and feel the improvements in my body. Medical checks show that I am perfectly healthy, which was never the case before. I don’t look for 100% accurate health data. The “around that ballpark” calorie count and stuff are just enough to plan my diet and exercises. And sleep tracking data is quote agreeable and is just enough to make lifestyle changes and get good results.
And it helps me reduce my screen time and focus more on productivity. One of the best investments I have made. For people like me, smartwatches make a difference.
Doctor mikes reputation has become kind of a joke over the years as time goes on. Same as legal eagle.
Fitness wearables are awesome for tracking numbers, but what really helped me was pairing mine with Myo, an AI assistant I’ve been working on. With it, you can connect your wearable, get suggestions to actually improve toward your goals, and even run a quick video of your workouts to see things like posture or movement imbalances. If anyone wants to try it, reply and I’ll share access.
All i want is for a general practitioner to be able to review longterm metrics/data/trends from my Apple Watch vitals to form a baseline and paint a better medical picture. Has anyone experienced this?
